The Village of Hazelton continues to monitor and follow the Provincial Health Orders during the COVID-19 global pandemic. The Village Office is open.

If you have any questions about the Village of Hazelton's COVID-19 procedures please do not hesitate to contact the Village Office by phone or email.

If you have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, have been identified by Public Health as a close contact of someone with COVID-19, have been told to isolate by Public Health or are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms DO NOT ENTER the Village Office.

Northern Health has developed an immunization plan. View the plan here.

To book your vaccine appointment with Northern Health Call 1-844-255-7555, 7am to 7pm. Clinics may be held at the New Hazelton Erwin Stege Community Centre.
